Hello everyone!

It's been over a year since I've posted any type of journal on here. Oh boy. I find I have a tendency to want to punch myself in most sensitive areas when writing them to save myself the pain of sounding like a neurotic moron. Regardless, I felt this was getting a little out of hand, and a new journal was in order.

As you all can see, I wasn't shitting you when I said a year and a half ago that I was going to hop on the 'I'm-going-to-try-something-other-than-anime' bandwagon. Holy God. Anyone who's been following my work since before said happening, kudos for putting up with my shit. My mother is also a stellar lady. To those of you who are new, hows it hangin'? So moving past that, I've been working with photography like I'd said I would, and I love it just as much as I thought I would. (Just like every other person on deviantART, apparently.)

I just recently (mid-December 2008) got a Canon DSLR (my first camera ever) after completing my first (of many more to come) photography course. The course was a foundation photo course that only let us work with manual black and white 35mm film photography. Whooopee. Be sure to give some of my b&w film projects a whiff sometime.
